Rachelle and Dr. Russo were married in January of 2020, and she handles front office and managerial duties and assists in all phases of patient care.

She is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. Rachelle has been a teacher in the Charleston County School District for more than 40 years! She has taught every level of education and she continues teaching reading intervention at Oakland Elementary School.
